Stepping Up architecture is based on Harvard and other Business Schools best practice.
The Stepping Up learning Experience is supported by Award Winning Virtual Learning Platform. Accessibility options available. Virutal and Augmented Reality is curated as part of the virtual learning pedagogy.
Coming later this year Stepping Up App and platform learning experience will be offered in 50 languages providing access to international learners and those for whom English is not their first language.

What we do to build Inclusive Leadership
Stepping Up Learning Academy offers Inclusive leadership training (in-house, Hybrid or virtual) for managers and leaders who have responsibility for managing diverse teams. The programme offers the opportunity to:
- Learn more about inclusive leadership skills and behaviours
- Enhance knowledge of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
- Equip leaders to understand how to build an inclusive culture
- Become an Ally/Sponsor for under-represented groups
