Stepping Up Learning Academy offers Inclusive leadership training (in-house, Hybrid or virtual) for managers and leaders who have responsibility for managing diverse teams.   The programme offers the opportunity to:

• Learn more about inclusive leadership skills and behaviours
• Enhance knowledge of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
• Equip leaders to understand how to build an inclusive culture
• Become an Ally/Sponsor for under-represented groups
• Become a reverse mentor
