Celebrating Success: Stepping Up Cohorts 10 & 11 Graduation with City Leaders
The Stepping Up community came together this week to celebrate the graduation of Cohorts 10 and 11, marking another milestone in Bristol’s ongoing mission to build inclusive leadership across the city.
The event was attended by a number of distinguished guests, including Lord Mayor Marvin Rees, Kalpna Woolf, High Sheriff of Bristol, Asher Craig, Chair of Stepping Up, Jon Reilly, Deputy Chief Constable of Avon and Somerset Police, and Me CEP, Stepping Up.
Together, they joined graduates, mentors, and partners in recognising the achievements of the latest cohorts - talented professionals who have completed the programme and are now ready to continue driving positive change across Bristol and beyond.
A highlight of the evening included the traditional cake-cutting ceremony, symbolising the shared success and unity of the Stepping Up community.
Group photos were taken to commemorate the occasion, capturing the pride and camaraderie of everyone involved.
Congratulations to all our Cohort 10 and 11 graduates - your commitment, growth, and leadership embody the spirit of Stepping Up. We look forward to seeing how you continue to make an impact in your organisations and communities.
