Jane was responsible for delivering at scale the Cisco Digital Education Programme. Increasing engagement and spread of the Academy concept from 30 to 1,000 Academic hubs. Jane leads the Education and Mentoring Support for Stepping Up supporting the year on year impact in confidence and career progression.
